When we were born as a rare person, we all murmur to that Nirvana is a far from us.

 All people are Accustomed  to postpone everything to tomorrow. We are trying to open the door to Nirvana which can be realized at this moment.

The past is over, the future is not yet. You only have this moment. Stay alert for this moment, with us for enlightenment.

"දුර්ලභ මනුශ්‍යයෙක්ව ඉපදුන ඹබ අප සියලු දෙනා හට නිවන යනු බොහෝ සෙයින් ඈත එකක් යැයි මැසිවිලි නගයි.

 මිනිසුන් වූ සියල්ලන්ම පුරුදු වී සිටින්නේ සියල්ලම හෙටට කල් දැමීමටයි. නිවන ද එසේමය මේ මොහොත තුලදී අවබෝධ කර ගත හැකි නිවන් දොරටුව විවර කර ගැනීමට අපි උත්සාහයක් දරන්නෙමු. 

 අතීතය අවසානයි, අනාගතය පැමිණ නැත. ඹබට ඇත්තේ මේ මොහොත පමණයි. මේ මොහොත අවධියෙන් සිටින්න'"
